Terms & Conditions

In consideration of being allowed to participate in the program organized and conducted by Big Little Wins, the undersigned, hereafter referred to as the "Participant," hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:

The Participant understands that the program involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or any other relevant risks. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks associated with participation.

2. Release of Liability:

The Participant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Big Little Wins, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers, from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, damage, or other harm sustained during or as a result of participating in the program.

3. Indemnification:

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Big Little Wins, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, and volunteers from any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) incurred as a result of any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by any third party arising from the Participant's participation in the program

4. Medical Attention:

The Participant acknowledges that Big Little Wins does not provide medical insurance or medical services. In the event of an injury or medical emergency during or after participation in the program, the Participant grants permission for Big Little Wins to seek and secure medical attention or treatment on their behalf.

5. Generalized Information Disclaimer:

The Participant acknowledges that Big Little Wins may provide generalized information, advice, or educational content related to Parenting. The Participant understands that this information is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice or a substitute for consulting with qualified experts in the relevant field. Big Little Wins makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the generalized information provided.

6. Governing Law:

This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of QLD, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

7. Refund Policy:

Big Little Wins will provide refunds for the program only if Big Little Wins cancels or reschedules the program.

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

If the Participant fails to attend the program without prior notice.
The Participant changes their mind after 24 hours has past post purchasing the program.
If the participant can no longer attend the program, they may request to reschedule their spot in the program for another agreed upon date with Big Little Wins.

The Participant agrees to submit any refund or reschedule requests in writing to hello@biglittlewins.com.au

Personal information is essential to booking with Big Little Wins.

In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, Big Little Wins has included a statement that explains how we handle your personal information.

To book with Big Little Wins, we require your email, phone number, children’s name and children’s age.

All information is collected via email, phone & our social media platforms as well as our website.

Big Little Wins will use your personal information for business purposes only.

If for any reason you would like a copy of any of your personal information collected, you can request a copy. By law, we need to hold your information for a period of 6 years.

If you feel your personal information collected by us has been mishandled, please email; hello@biglittlewins.com.au.

Your personal information will not be disclosed outside Australia.

If you need to change or update your personal information, it is your responsibility to contact us via email as soon as possible.

Big Little Wins will update the privacy policy if our handling of information changes.
