What is the maximum age my baby can be at the start of the program?
The suggested age ranges of each group are in the descriptions. In general, if you're joining a group, you want to try and be within the age limits of that group.
If you're not sure, the best thing to do is reach out to Cass directly via email or social media to discuss where you will slot in best!

What is the minimum age my baby can be at the start of the program?
Babies as young as 2 weeks old at the start of the program are welcome to join.
What do I need to bring?
We supply snacks - so please let us know upon booking if you have any allergies that need catering for. Bring any baby supplies you need for changing, feeding etc- there is a changing station within the venue. Also, bring along a drink!
What happens if I can't make a session?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide partial refunds for missed sessions as our speakers and venues are arranged ahead of our program commencement date. We will endeavour to provide a makeup session or catch up materials from the session where possible.

What if I need to cancel my booking?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund within 5 business days of the program commencement date. Please refer to the full terms and conditions for further information.
